About Emily Wilson
I was surprised by how much the university encourages interdisciplinary studies. As an education student, I've had the opportunity to take electives in philosophy and art, which I never thought I'd do. It's shown me how different fields connect and has given me a much more holistic education. This breadth of learning is invaluable.

This past summer, I was honored to receive a summer fellowship and had the opportunity to intern with the Metropolitan Opera. I was able to learn from and network with theater administrators, fundraisers, and performers alike. It was a great way to experience the arts administration profession and solidified my plans to pursue a master's degree after graduation.
